Moderated by Andrey Artyushenko, Managing Partner of Artyushenko & Partners and a construction lawyer with over 20 years of industry experience (13+ years in FIDIC), the session addressed the practical use of FIDIC forms in Kazakhstan’s construction market. Karen Arustamyan contributed as a practising contract manager with more than 10 years of experience in construction and FIDIC contract administration.
