ACBA Bank Headquarters (Armenia)

A privately financed, LEED-targeted corporate headquarters exceeding 13,000 m² of gross floor area. Client: ACBA Federation. Contractor: RENCO S.p.A. (Italy). Engineer: CMC International (Georgia). Technocrat Legal provides full lifecycle support from concept design through handover.
Our role: structuring and running end-to-end tender procedures; FIDIC contract drafting and administration on the Client’s side; management of project correspondence and document control; implementation of early-warning and dispute-avoidance procedures; development of claim and defence strategies;
coordination with the international Contractor and the Engineer; integration of LEED compliance obligations into procurement packages and contract terms.

A greenfield natural-gas combined-cycle power plant with an installed capacity of approximately 600 MW, compleme nted by a 500/220 kV substation and associated transmission infrastructure.

Navoi-3 Thermal Power Plant (Uzbekistan)

A greenfield natural-gas combined-cycle power plant with an installed capacity of approximately 600 MW, complemented by a 500/220 kV substation and associated transmission infrastructure. The facility supplies electricity, industrial steam, and district heating to the Navoi Free Economic Zone. Commercial operation is targeted for 2026. Main equipment is supplied by Mitsubishi Power; the project is financed with the support of the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA).

Our role: FIDIC contract management across the EPC package; development of claim and variation strategies; structuring of subcontract frameworks; review and certification support for Interim Payment Certificates; negotiations with stakeholders and lenders; design and operation of the project records and reporting system.

KazAzot Ammonia and Urea Complex (Kazakhstan)

A large-scale petrochemical project for the production of ammonia and urea, implemented on the basis of long-term feedstock supply arrangements and export-oriented offtake. The complex is executed under an international EPC structure with the participation of foreign technology licensors and financed through a combination of sponsor equity and project finance facilities.
Our role: FIDIC-based EPC contract management; support across tender and contract award stages; administration of claims, variations, and extension-of-time events; coordination between the Client, Contractor, and Engineer; management of interface risks between work packages; preparation of correspondence and formal notices; maintenance of the project records and reporting system in line with lender requirements.
